Self-Directed certificates will be available by 6PM Central Time the same business day you pass your test. Certificates for courses taken Saturday or Sunday will be available by 6PM Monday.
Live certificates will be available the next business day after you complete the course.
If you are a new user your certificate mailbox will not be available until we create your certificates.

Enter all information in lower case letters.
Your Account Name is zz_lastname_firstname
Then press the GO button.
Your User Name is the same: zz_lastname_firstname
Your Password is the last 4 letters of your last name plus your zip code. Please do not enter any spaces.
Example
John Smith lives in the 76137 zip code.
Account Name: zz_smith_john
User Name: zz_smith_john
Password: mith76137
Hyphens are removed, so smith-jones becomes smithjones. If your last name has fewer than 4 letters, then your password will be your last name plus your zip code. Ex: lee76137
LOGIN TO DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATES
We have to weigh privacy vs. usability. Anyone who knows your first name, last name, and zip code will be able to view and download copies of these certificates.
While this is convenient for you and your employer, we will change your password upon request.
All certificates distributed beginning January 1, 2009 will be in your folder. Please contact us if you would like us to add your 2008 certificates to your folder.
