Hospitals with 5 or more attending as a group: $10 per credit hour.
Self-Directed Courses: $10 per credit hour.
Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, money orders, company purchase orders, cash (at our office), and we can invoice your hospital. We do not accept checks over the phone.
Refunds: You must call prior to the start of the show to cancel. There is a $10 refund processing fee, but there is no charge to change your registration to a different date. No credit will be given for no shows, no exceptions.
Certificate Replacement: There is no charge for replacement certificates.
