Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, money orders, company purchase orders, cash (at our office), and we can invoice your hospital. We do not accept checks over the phone.
Refunds: We will gladly refund any unused CE credits for the entire purchase price. Refunds can be made by crediting the original credit card or via a refund check.
Certificate Replacement: You are able to reprint your certificates at any time by simply logging into your certificate mail box.
